For the first time for Chanel’s US Artistic Direction, a US market need led to the creation of a fully omni channel campaign that spanned all points of distribution for our market. Create Your Complexion was driven by a new way of speaking to our clients where we took a cross-axes approach that fully integrated the skincare and foundation categories.
With this new way of communicating, clients were able to understand how product pairings would influence their end result.
